How do I change or cancel a reservation?
You can always call or email us. It is also possible to send us a message via the reservation.
 

Arrival

What time can I check in?
Check-in is possible from 14:00.
 

Payments

Which payment methods are accepted?
If you have booked a non-refundable rate, payment is required immediately, in which case the hotel will require payment to be made by credit card. In exceptional cases bank transfers can also be accepted.
 

In the hotel

Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately we cannot allow pets in the hotel.
 

Departure

Until what time can I check out?
Check-out is possible until 11:00. We do offer a late check-out at €20 per hour. (Last 13:00) Subject to availability.

Rates

What are the conditions of a flexible rate?
Flexible rate, can be canceled up to 48 hours before arrival. Late cancellations and no-shows do have a 1 night cancellation fee. The amount is debited in advance for the total stay.
